Ghana Month Celebration 2025: Honoring Our Heritage and Religious Tolerance

Cuddle Me Montessori School proudly presents Ghana Month Celebration 2025, a time to embrace our rich Ghanaian culture and promote unity through religious tolerance. This year’s theme, “Ghana Fē Azādudu: Miāfē Ablɔdenyigba”—translated as Celebrating Ghana: Our Land of Freedom, highlights our nation’s diversity and freedom.

Event Highlights

1. Opening Ceremony – March 1, 2025

The celebration kicks off with an official opening featuring cultural performances, storytelling, and an introduction to the significance of Ghana Month.

2. Christian Mode of Worship – March 13, 2025

This event will explore Christian religious practices, showcasing hymns, prayers, and sermons. Attendees are encouraged to wear church attire as we promote religious tolerance through understanding Christian worship.

3. Islamic Mode of Worship – March 20, 2025

Students will experience the Islamic form of worship, including prayers and teachings from the Quran. Mosque attire is recommended to honor the tradition and respect the faith.

4. Grand Durbar – March 28, 2025

The month-long celebration will conclude with a Grand Durbar, featuring traditional drumming, cultural dance performances, and a rich display of Ghanaian heritage. Chiefs, dignitaries, and the school community will gather to celebrate unity and freedom.
